Trinity Mirror has a national presence through Daily Mirror, The People, Daily Record, Sunday Mirror and Sunday Mail as well as regional publications Liverpool Echo, Manchester Evening News, The Newcastle Chronicle and Western Mail. The brands offer advertising opportunities and international, national and regional news. They also champion special award events such as the Daily Mirror Pride of Great Britain Awards and the Great Scot Awards.
RSVP have worked across Inbound, SMS and Outbound channels for Trinity Mirror since early 2014.
Inbound campaigns are created by some of the UK’s biggest publishers and advertised in Trinity Mirror news publications, both online and/or print outlets. Customers are offered a free sample of a magazine publication and call RSVP to arrange delivery details. Alternatively Customers can send an SMS and we call them back. Customers are given the opportunity to take a full subscription by Direct Debit to the publishing newspaper and in addition longer trials to the free magazine for a fraction of the shop price to give them the chance to enjoy the title for longer. They are then welcome to continue the service in to full subscription, much like Amazon Prime, Netflix or Now TV – or they can contact the publishers’ customer service team to cancel the subscription as the trial ends. RSVP ensures the highest standards of transparency when making these offers, through daily call quality checks of our agents, so that customers are always aware of the terms and conditions. Not only do our agents relate these terms through their pitch, but they are also required to read a legal statement word for word, so that all details are crystal clear for the customers and standards can never slip.
Outbound dialing is to former subscribers of regional newspapers with the aim to tempt customers back to subscriptions, through significant discounts compared to the shop price.
