From August 1st – 28th, the long awaited Camden Fringe is back for its 11th year!

Throughout all of August, Camden will be hosting a variety of events: new writings, operas, musicals, stand–up, sketch comedy, dance, cabaret, poetry etc. (Sounds amazing right?!)

The Camden Fringe is an annual event and this year one of our very own account supervisors is taking part!!

Tim Hayward will be appearing in, ‘The Convictions of Rupert Murdoch’.

This new and exciting play is based on historical events and will explore Rupert Murdoch’s early years as he takes over his family business. Not everyone believes he is capable of such, as he had such a strong interest in revolutionary politics and Aboriginal land rights instead!

Tim will be playing the part of Rohan Rivett – the editor of his father’s paper, the Herald. Rivett becomes a sort of older brother figure to Rupert and throughout the play we see their relationship grow.

Obviously, I won’t be revealing the dramatic twists and turns of the play – you will simply have to go and witness this premiere for yourself!

‘The Convictions of Rupert Murdoch’ will be on at the Canal Café Theatre from Monday 1st August – Thursday 4th August and tickets are £9 for adults or £7 for concessions.

Please try and go to watch this great new piece of work and support your fellow RSVP’er!
