 We do love a good night out here at RSVP and it is especially good when someone else is paying for it.  It is also even better when it is a thank you from one of our clients.

One of our customer service accounts that deals with our nation roads and highways, is taking the whole team out bowling and for some food as a big thank you for the work we have been doing with them in the few months. We have been working with this company for over two years now and have built up an excellent knowledge the way the company works and their customer base.

Account Supervisor Gemma said she is “It’s great when a client recognises that it’s the people on the phones that deserve the credit for a job well done – so taking us out for the night is fab recognition for the team and helps to build upon our good relationship with the client.”  When talking about the night Gemma said, “It’s also good when you can beat your manager in a game – which, based on my bowling skills, the whole team should be able to do!”

We are now that clients first contact centre as they have now switched all customer service enquiries from their main office to us. Since we have been working with them we have improved the MI reporting and made customer contact a much more efficient operation.
