We have read with great sadness the recent reports about alleged bad practices in charity fundraising within our industry.
RSVP wish to make it clear that we are committed to ethical and responsible call handling ensuring that both our clients and their customers receive the best possible service.


Our training focuses on engaging and building rapport with each customer and ensuring that any commitments made during a call are clearly understood and agreed.
