We have been working with our largest wine client since 2010, and since then it has been of the utmost importance that the agents feel connected to the brand. As well as investing heavily into formal qualifications such as WSET’s to ensure our agents wine knowledge is on point, we like to mix our clients in house team with our own agents. This allows everyone to be on the same page and from a customer’s perspective, there is no difference in customer journey between and outbound call and an inbound call.


We were lucky enough to have some of our agents staff a live event recently, running a workshop on supertasters. So what is a supertaster I hear you cry. Well, a supertaster is a person who experiences the sense of taste with far greater intensity than average, with some studies showing an increased sensitivity to bitter tastes. It may be a cause of selective eating, but selective eaters are not necessarily supertasters, and vice versa. Obviously being a supertaster has its advantages when tasting wines, so when you are next at a wine event, be sure to ask for a supertaster test.


Below is a picture of our guys with their supertaster uniforms on. Despite the rumours, the supertasters will not be releasing an Avengers style movie, although I am sure RSVP Artists would be able to sort something out for us!
