Well as it turns out Lauren is not only award winner in our mix (see http://www.rsvp.co.uk/blog/well-done-lauren/), Morganna Foti has just picked herself up ‘Agent of the Month’ on one of our customer service accounts. Not only did she get the prize of being top agent for June, in the process she has got herself £120 worth of vouchers to spend at a well-known retailers, not bad eh?

To get the award Morganna scored the highest in quality assurance tests on both e-mail and inbound phone calls, achieving a score of over 92% across the month as well as having extremely high attendance and productivity scores.

“It’s great that supervisor see that I have been putting a lot of time and effort in” said Morgana, “and £120 worth of vouchers is always appreciated as well.” 

At RSVP we represent a lot of clients as their customer service provider, from candle manufacturers to luxury holidays, with a team that performs in 10 separate languages!
