Dan Booth has recently been made manger of our biggest wine account on the 7th floor. Starting with the company on the phones just over two years ago Dan has just finished his first week as account manager. Originally from Stoke on Trent, Dan has shown real drive and ambition to get himself to this point and is doing a great job so far. We wanted to introduce to him with this exclusive interview.

So why did you join RSVP?

“I joined RSVP to take advantage of the flexibility they offered whilst I was pursuing my acting career. It was great to go to auditions and still have full time work"

How did you feel when you found out you were going to be manager?

“It was a mixture of nervousness and excitement. I was excited to take on a new challenge and work more closely with the great team we have, but I was nervous as it such a big account and we have such a great relationship with the client. I just wanted to make sure we progressed rather than faltered.”

How’s it going so far?

“Really  well. It is a lot to take in but I am really enjoying it. It was really important for me that we had a good start under my tenure so I am really pleased with the one we have made.”

Is there anything you would like to do in your new role?

“I don’t want to make any drastic changes. I think it is really important that we maintain the community we have up here and making sure it is a fun and engaging atmosphere. It’s a great team up here and just about making sure we are steering them in the right direction.”

What is it that you enjoy the most about RSVP?

“As most people say who have been here for a while the people are fantastic. I can’t imagine another office like this one.”

Last words?

“I am really excited to be part of growing and dynamic company, and am really excited for to take this role forward.”
