Another day in the RSVP London office and we were very excited to find a giant box for us at reception. “I wonder what’s inside”, we asked ourselves? To our pleasant surprise, we found some lovely treats sent to us from one of our delightful clients, tagged with names for each staff member.



Above is a photo of what we found inside the surprise box!


This particular client, a leading flower delivery company, had sent all the staff working for them at RSVP a miniature bottle of Gordon’s Pink Gin. On each bottle of gin there was a little handwritten note delicately attached. They also included some glorious dark chocolate by Ocelot, which had a delicious combination of raspberry & elderflower mixed with a smooth chocolaty taste.


We know our staff thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful of this tasty treat! After work of course... Treat or not there is no drinking on the job!

We are lucky enough to have wonderful clients here at RSVP and make a real effort to forge relationships between them and our staff.  Being an outsourcer, we believe it is really important that our staff identify with our clients branding and ethos.  It is great to see the results of this being put into practice to create better service for our clients.  Getting a thank you like this is the icing on the cake!
