It is always nice when a team member gets recognised for the good work that they do by a client. Well this month it has happened again as Ellie on one of our lifestyle customer service accounts has been sent a certificate with a thoroughly deserved pat on the back.
It was sent in relation to one customer who called the service line and was really impressed with how Ellie helped her. The call was also given 100% score by the client, something that her account manager was very impressed by “it’s almost impossible to achieve the “Wow Factor” and a 100% score on the specific calls we handle.” Going on to say “this is really exciting stuff, and we are all really proud of Ellie.”
