Wow, what a year we’ve had here at RSVP! As in any year, we’ve had some amazing ups and a few sad lows as well of course. However, now is the time to celebrate our successes and most importantly thank our incredible staff for all of the hard work that they’ve put in over the past 12 months. Christmas is here and it's time to celebrate!

The holiday season can be some of the most hectic in any contact centre, and in most business across all sectors, so stresses can run high to ensure the continued smooth running of day-to-day work. From the managers leading a team, to the agents on the phones, our staff make handling this influx of extra holiday work look effortless. Year in, year out, our team never fails to impress. Needless to say, they have all most certainly earned a chance to unwind and let their hair down.

Every year, RSVP holds a fabulous Christmas party for all it’s staff. This year we were once again hosted by the lovely folks at 28 West, a fantastic bar in the heart of Canary Wharf. The aim of this party is to end the year on a great high and to give a show of appreciation to all of our talented and hardworking staff.

Our very own Jim Smith, a veteran phone agent for RSVP and resident DJ for JD Entertainment, handled the tunes, keeping it lively with some Christmas classics and cheesy pop anthems that got the entire venue screaming out songs from Britney to Bon Jovi!

The drinks were flowing and the atmosphere was alive with the Christmas spirit. It’s always great to see the stresses of the workplace melt away and managers and agents alike getting their grove on to ring in the end of the year.

As our year comes to an end we look back at all our achievements from the last 12 months and all the things we’re going to accomplish in the year to come. Thanks again to everyone who has supported RSVP this year. Happy Holidays everyone!
