RSVP always loves to develop close ties with the clients that they work for and it is always great when the client reciprocates. This week Hello Fresh and our customer service team have started working ever more closely together. I will let account manager Grace Power explain “We started a buddying system with Hello Fresh and our CS team.  Every Wednesday two CS members spend a day at the main Hello Fresh office taking calls.  It started today and the CS team are super excited about it!”

This is a really fantastic development in the relationship and the knowledge our team will get from being in the Hello Fresh offices will be invaluable. As Grace said herself “This will really help relations between the two offices, as the agents will be able to understand how each side operates.  It will also dramatically improve communication and the team’s ability.”

We got an update and nice photo from Lucy who works as Contact Centre Operations Manager at Hello Fresh and is RSVP first port of call “Rebecca L and Isabelle are having a lovely time. They've been doing tickets and phone calls this morning, went to a couple of meetings and now they are getting ready to meet PATRICK!” For those of you don’t know Patrick is the charismatic creator of the Hello Fresh business and features heavily on their adverts (see photo below).
