The Brighton Fringe Festival is the largest Arts Festival in England and is second in the UK only behind Edinburgh.  Held throughout the month of May in the city on the South Coast, Brighton Fringe sets out to “stimulate, educate and entertain a diverse range of people through a diverse range of art forms, all this in an iconic city with unique cultural heritage.”

This year RSVP will have many of our current and former staff hitting the festival this year, one of those being Joe Carter who is currently supervising on our biggest wine account on the 7th floor. Joe will be performing as Jeremy the Neighbour in and ensemble cast performing ‘Birthday in Suburbia.’ “Inspired by the film, 'It’s a Wonderful Life', Birthday in Suburbia combines a rich mixture of clown and dark comedy.” The cast is made up of alumni from St Mary’s university in Twickenham and will be directed by Ally Cologna who previously ran the Brew Haha Theatre troupe.

Joe said “I am delighted to be part of such a talented cast from St Mary’s. It’s great the guys have all come together from the Uni and I’m really delighted to be involved.” Adding “please make sure you come down and get yourself a ticket.”

If you do fancy going to see them they will be playing at The Warren: Main house from the 13th-15th May. We will of course keep you updated on what else the RSVP team will be doing at the Brighton and we are looking forward to another great Fringe.
