We use creative people, to proactively deliver our client’s customer interactions. Always looking for ways to improve the service and encouraging clients to improve their customer communication. We don’t believe it’s good enough just to deliver, we look to delight!

For over 30 years RSVP has hired professional actors to staff our client accounts.

Actors are natural communicators. They possess tremendous active listening skills and clear, articulate and engaged voices. With excellent memory retention and a versatility to their approach that allows them tailor each interaction to a particular individual, their training and experience equips them with a highly relevant and proficient skill-set for customer engagement. Over 80% of our staff are qualified to degree-level and above, with a length of tenure in the business that far exceeds the industry average. They really are the difference between RSVP and other providers – ensuring that our solutions are always based on the people we employ and the inherent quality they bring to the work we do.
