RSVP is expanding!

Who ate all the pies? We did, if our recent need to expand our office space is anything to go by!

When the rest of the Western World is tightening its belt, we are happy to announce that we have had to buy a new, bigger and shinier belt to wrap around RSVP. It seems that, in a world where customer loyalty is more transient then ever, and many companies find their focus is fixed firmly on customer retention, the demand for an RSVP solution is greater than ever.

To keep up with the demand for our services, RSVP has expanded on to an additional floor of our offices at the Northern & Shell Tower. The new floor gives us an extra 112 seats and is currently set up as a dedicated outbound activity centre.

The beauty of expansion is the opportunities it brings. With our move to a new floor, has come the chance to give our existing clients equal room for expansion. Since relocating, one of the accounts that works out of there has tripled in agent numbers due to the demands of extra work, and record sales have been achieved for this client.
