All our staff, leading right up to management level, have come from the Arts and Entertainment Community. They are all highly intelligent and have qualified at higher education level with the majority having obtained a graduate degree or higher qualification. We feel it would be pertinent here to put the record straight - an actor’s training isn’t just prancing around in tights and “being a tree”! It encompasses speech training, active listening and developing a high level of empathy and understanding of worlds and people beyond your own experience. (Ok, so there’s a bit of prancing too!)
