These reports can range from the nuts and bolts of your campaign results so you can keep on top of things day to day, to more detailed analysis to help you drill down in to your progress and find areas of further growth.

RSVP managers have their own bespoke reporting dashboard that is designed for their campaign. Real time results and reports are available to increase productivity and efficiency.

Agents are also able to access real time reports to encourage self-management and to ensure they exceed the desired KPIs and SLAs.
