Partnership

"No man is an island entire of itself; every man
is a piece of the continent, a part of the main;"

- John Donne

When John Donne wrote the above lines, we suspect he was thinking more about metaphysics than contact centres, but we're sure he wouldn't mind us borrowing them to illustrate our point:

Success is always based on partnerships.

Just as no man is an island, no business can succeed without working with others. At RSVP, we have found that our most successful client relationships have been when our interaction with our client is founded on the principle of partnership. By successful, we don't just mean a positive working relationship, we also mean the production of tangible, positive results for your company.

Too many out-sourced companies work only to achieve client-defined tasks and offer very little beyond that basic service. As you've probably gathered by now, at RSVP we have imagination (see the ‘Imagination' section in ‘Our People' if you haven't already) and we always want to offer you the best service. We believe the way to do this is best defined by the spirit of partnership. At RSVP we class all of our clients as partners, and in the spirit of partnership we will work to develop that relationship beyond its business-defined contractual parameters.

The key to all our partnerships is sharing definable goals with a joint clarity of vision. After all, the objectives of any work are far more achievable if the two collaborators work closely together. As the old saying goes, "Two heads are better than one".

As partners, we face all challenges together. Your successes will be our successes; your problems are our problems. Through strong collaboration, we maximise all our partnerships to give you a service you won't receive anywhere else.

To put it another way:

"It's so much more friendly with two."
- Piglet, Winnie the Pooh.
