With so many contact centres offering so many different services, the only way to stay ahead of the competition is to remain creative. This means constantly challenging existing practices and searching for new and innovative ways to better our service.
If you have a problem, RSVP will find the best way to solve it, considering tried and tested means, but also looking at creative options you may not have encountered before. Think of us as the GhostBusters of call centres, if you like: “Who you gonna call?…”
If you’ve checked out the ‘Our People’ page, you will know that RSVP only employ people from a performing arts background, so every single operator and manager has evolved through training that encourages free thought, spontaneity and creativity. This approach is essential to the way we work at RSVP, encouraging new ideas and suggestions, developing new working practices and refining approaches through open-minded contemplation of lesser-considered methods. To put it another way, at RSVP we have Imagination.
If you are coming to us with a new campaign, we can be a fresh pair of eyes to help you to be best prepared, using our years of experience, sprinkled with a healthy dose of imaginative thinking. If it’s an existing campaign that needs revamping, our managers will explore creative new approaches to boost results. “I don’t know”, is not a phrase we tend to use.
